She serves as Vice President of Ministry Affairs and Assistant Pastor of New Born Fellowship Church, Inc. in Rochester, New York, alongside her husband, Dr. Warren E. Meeks Sr. Together, they have helped grow the ministry from 23 families into a thriving congregation committed to “Building People of Power, Purpose, and Praise.”

A seasoned entrepreneur, Dr. Meeks has built and led family-owned ventures spanning beauty, construction, real estate, affordable housing, consulting, and community development. These ventures include Marcel’s Beauty Institute & Consulting, Nehemiah Restoration Centers, Meeks Construction Group Inc., and Meeks Legacy Housing.
Her work through Meeks Construction Group Inc. has also been featured on HGTV, highlighting the family's experience in property renovation and development. Across her business ventures, Dr. Meeks has demonstrated an ability to identify opportunities, develop ideas, build organizations, and use entrepreneurship as a vehicle for economic opportunity and long-term impact.
